Name That Desert Plant: NaCl Edition
Photos by Ned Harris
This short article on the
Fourwing Saltbush
(
Atriplex canescens
) is worth reading. This plant is now in the Amaranth family, though, so ignore the part about the goosefoot family. Definitely an interesting and useful plant. Not to mention edible.
