My beak is in the work
3 stripes
Camouflage
Mimicry
Herp-itude
Getting your burros straight
Take a walk to this one!
Yes, it's your business!
When is a hawk not a hawk?
Ned bags a bagworm
Tom and Huck go fishin'!
Exploding senna
Exploding cotton
Saguaro: inside and out
In their natural habitat?
Don't smoke it!
Don't call this guy 'yellow'!
The canyon's zaniest grasshoppers
Now for some herps!
Getting serious about mountain lions
Green is always 'in'!

When is a hawk not a hawk?
Variegated Meadowhawk
Photo from Ned from 10/17/10
When it's a dragonfly, of course. According to this site from
Alberta
, this critter migrates here for the winter. Who knew?!
